We answer emails within 1 to 2 business days. Please include your order number so we can find your file right away.

Order processing and delivery
We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, or on a weekend or a statutory holiday, are processed on the next business day. The delivery estimates below start when the order leaves our Canadian warehouse, not when you place it.
- Standard - 3 to 10 business days. Free everywhere in Canada, with no minimum order.
- Express - 1 to 3 business days. Available at checkout at the rate shown there.

What to include when you write to us
- Your order number, and the name on the order.
- The product you are writing about.
- What you need: a delivery update, a return, an exchange, or a warranty claim.
- Photos of the item and the box, if something arrived damaged, incomplete or wrong.
