1. General Return Policy

At WINGOMART, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while also maintaining fairness and transparency in our commercial practices. This Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which products purchased from WINGOMART may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be new, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Any product that is returned in a used or altered condition, or without original packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee as set forth herein.

 


 

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • New and Unused Products: Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Packaging must remain intact and all accessories, documentation, and original tags must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: Customers are required to provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or equivalent proof of purchase.

  • Physical Damage Claims: Any product that arrives damaged due to transportation must be reported to WINGOMART within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods, and such claims will thereafter be barred.

  • Improper Use or Abuse: Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions will not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

 


 

3. Refunds

  • Change of Mind (Customer’s Discretion): If the customer elects to return a product solely due to a change of mind, and the product is new, unused, and in its original condition, WINGOMART will issue a refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees in such cases.

  • Used Products Returned: If a product is returned in a used condition but remains in good order and resalable form, WINGOMART reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price. This fee is designed to offset processing, handling, and payment gateway charges, including non-recoverable credit card transaction fees.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the customer receives an item that is defective, damaged (excluding transportation damage claimed after 14 days), or materially different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect model, size, or color), WINGOMART will issue a full refund including shipping costs. In such cases, WINGOMART shall also bear the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned goods are received, inspected, and deemed to meet the above conditions. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow a reasonable period for processing, depending on your financial institution.

 


 

4. Exchanges

WINGOMART provides customers with the option to request an exchange within the thirty (30) day return period. Exchanges may be made for an item of a different size, color, or model, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.

Exchanges for defective, incorrect, or damaged products (within the 14-day damage claim window) will be processed at no additional cost to the customer. WINGOMART shall provide pre-paid return labels in such cases.

 


 

5. Return Shipping and Process

  • Returns Due to WINGOMART’s Error: In cases where the product delivered is defective, incorrect in size, color, or model, or otherwise fails to conform to the order, WINGOMART shall issue a pre-paid return label to the customer and assume full responsibility for return shipping.

  • Returns Due to Change of Mind: Where a return is requested solely at the customer’s discretion, the customer shall bear all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product.

  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, customers must first contact WINGOMART via email at info@wingomart.com or contactus@wingomart.com, or via our live chat system. Upon contacting us, customers will receive detailed instructions for completing the return, including the issuance of any return label or authorization code.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior authorization from WINGOMART may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

 


 

6. Final Sale and Exclusions

While WINGOMART generally accepts returns in accordance with this Policy, please note that:

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or modification will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Claims for transportation damage submitted after fourteen (14) days of delivery shall not be accepted under any circumstance.

  • Certain promotional, clearance, or time-limited offers may be designated as “final sale,” in which case such items will not be eligible for return. Any such designation will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

 


 

7. Issuance of Refunds and Credits

Refunds and store credits shall be issued only after:

  1. Receipt of the returned product(s) by WINGOMART.

  2. Inspection and verification of compliance with the requirements of this Policy.

All determinations regarding the condition of returned items shall be made at the sole discretion of WINGOMART. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed promptly.
